  • This Level 1 training course will enable you to create your own Yin yoga class with a therapeutic approach incorporating the meridian therapy, sequencing for a group class, or one to one. You will be able to work with clients and learn how to assess the client and structure asanas and breath for specific needs. Find out how your emotions are linked to your health and discover the benefits of Yin yoga physically, energetically and spiritually!  Learn how through pranayama practice with yin you are able to direct energy and activate the organ body for better function and health and wellbeing  for women's health with Yin poses and variations

     

    Learn the yin asanas modifications alignment and safety and affect on the health of the body.

  • Learn how to work with 1 to 1 clients for yin and emotions and groups, planning your class.

  • Practice your own yin for self discovery and benefit.

  • Teach yin from a therapeutic approach with breath work and direct energy through pranayama for health and wellbeing.

  • Yin background and the philosophy.

  • Learn the meridian lines and the specific needs of your students and clients.

  • Use of the Props for your yin practice.

  • How long to hold the yin asanas for the benefits of your class and students.

  • Counter poses for yin.

  • Mindfulness introduce the importance of mindfulness and pranayama in your yin.
